Learn More About The Charities That Benefit From The Tees

After seeing the devastation caused by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma I knew I wanted to do something to help, but I wasn't sure what to do. So I researched where to donate money for relief efforts, but I just felt like my small donation wasn't going to be enough. It was then that I decided to put my design skills to work in order to support the relief efforts in a way that far exceeds any individual check I could write. What Does "100% Recycled" Mean?

Fashion is the second most polluting industry in the world. So, knowing this disturbing statistic when I decided to design t-shirts, I wanted to make sure that I didn't add to an environmental issue in the process of trying to help out hurricane victims.  That's why I chose to print my designs on t-shirts that are 100% recycled — made from 50% PET (post-consumer soda and water bottles) and 50% recycled cotton.  Using polyester recycled from PET reduces the amount of plastics being incinerated, further reducing the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere and reduces landfill usage.  And using recycled cotton yarn reduces the amount of textile waste that would otherwise end up in the landfill or get incinerated.
